Location: Dhaka

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new corporate and retail leads for interior design, architectural and furniture projects
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with corporate clients, real estate developers, offices, restaurants, and retail brands
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and propose solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, BOQs, and presentations in coordination with the design team
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Build and manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals effectively
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, execution) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels
• Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, direct sales, or business development (Experience in interior, architecture, furniture, real estate or construction sectors will be highly preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue growth
• Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing
• Excellent client handling, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, timelines, and budgets
• Good understanding of interior design materials, furniture sourcing, and project costing
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from a reputed university
• Diploma in Architecture (from government-approved polytechnic institutes) is also encouraged to apply
