Located in Mohammadpur, Dhaka, this 600 sft proposed commercial office for Mr. Tanvir was envisioned to reflect a professional and contemporary workspace tailored to the dynamic needs of an import business. The design concept focuses on modern minimalism and functional efficiency, ensuring a perfect balance between aesthetics and productivity.The layout was carefully planned to include dedicated zones for workstations, client meetings, and storage, all while maintaining a sense of openness and flow. Clean lines, neutral tones, and strategic lighting enhance the overall sophistication of the space, creating an environment that inspires focus and collaboration.Proposed in 2019, this project showcases how well-planned spatial design can elevate a commercial interior, turning it into a workspace that is both visually appealing and operationally effective.
