Located on Road-2, Banani, this 230 sft residential living and dining area for Mr. Istiaque Hossain was designed to combine minimalist elegance with dynamic functionality. The space emphasizes clean lines, open flow, and a modern aesthetic, creating a cozy yet sophisticated environment for daily living and entertaining.A standout feature of the design is the dynamic ceiling lighting, which adds depth, visual interest, and a sense of modern luxury while enhancing the overall ambiance. Smart spatial planning ensures maximum comfort and usability within the compact area, while thoughtful material and color choices maintain a sense of serenity and refinement.Completed in 2020, this project demonstrates how innovative lighting and minimalist design can transform a small residential space into a stylish and inviting home experience.
